UNION CITY, Ga. - Police say a man was struck and killed while riding his bicycle in Union City early Friday moing
The accident happened around 6:45 a.m. on SR 138 near Old Jonesboro Road.
The victim identified as Rafee Ahed Grant-Mahi was struck him from behind by a vehicle. He died as a result of his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle stopped after the accident and remained on scene when responding officers arrived. It is unclear if the driver will face charges.
