We're just surprised it hasn't happened before...Beyonce, who's in the midst of her Mrs Carter World Tour was performing a sold-out show in Montreal when her hair got stuck in a fan (yes, really).
The 31-year-old superstar, who’s no stranger to a fan to make her tresses look like a shampoo ad, was singing her anthem Halo when the unfortunate incident occurred. Minders rushed out to save her magnificent do, but couldn’t pry it free.
Ever the professional, Beyonce kept right on singing. Eventually, the weave was freed, and Bey even found humour in the situation (imagine if the same happened to Madonna - heads would roll), posting new weave-inspired version of Halo on Instagram.
"Gravity can’t begiiiiiiin/to pull me out of the fan again/I felt my hair was yankiiiiiiiin/From the fan that's always hatiiiiiiiin,” she said. "I got snatched...goodnight all."
Beyonce good-naturedly Instagrammed a cue sheet with reworked Halo lyrics. Picture: Instagram
