Authorities arrest 2nd suspect Julius Thomas in Clayton Co. taxi driver death

Authorities have made a second arrest in the shooting death of a Clayton County taxi driver last month.

U.S. Marshals took Julius Ryan Thomas into custody in Providence, R.I. on Thursday. He's accused of killing Rosendo Casarrubias during a robbery on Jan. 25.

The other suspect, Desmond Brandon Nixon, is being held without bond in the Clayton County Jail.
