Three men are now in jail and have been charged with murder in a deadly shooting last month.

On September 23, officers responded to a person shot call at 1722 Campbellton Road, a Chevron station.

Upon arrival, officers found a man in the driver's seat of a car who had been shot at least one time.

An investigator from the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Antonio Clements, 29, of Atlanta.

Jujuane Harris, 16, was charged with murder and taken to jail on October 6.

At a later date, investigators ascertained probable cause to charge Frederick Rosenau, 25, and Darious Harris, 20, with murder.

All three men are currently at Fulton County Jail.
