Taking a page from T-Mobile's no-contract cell phone plans, AT&T has created a subsidiary service called Aio Wireless, which will offer users pay-as-you-go plans without an annual contract.

According to All Things Digital, Aio's plans range from $35 to $70 per month on devices from Apple, Samsung and ZTE. But no annual contract means that buyers will have to purchase devices at unsubsidized rates, unless they bring their own unlocked phones to the service.
