Anthony Johnson cried almost the entire time he was in court to face charges in a wreck that killed his daughter.

In court, Channel 2's Erica Byfield leaed Johnson has two prior arrests for DUI – one in April of 2002 and the other in September of 2004.

Recently, police said he lost control of his Chrysler Pacifica Sunday night and crashed into the woods on Highway 78 near Stone Mountain in DeKalb County.

The crash killed Johnson's 15-year-old daughter Corliss and critically injured her 11-year-old sister.

Investigators said after the crash, the father of four could not find his cellphone and walked to the Metro Café diner with his 8- and 9-year-old boys for help.

Anthony Johnson, facing DUI and vehicular homicide charges after a crash killed one of his children, was granted bond by a DeKalb County judge on Tuesday, June 5.

A few hours later, police charged Johnson with DUI.

Johnson's 11-year-old girl remains in critical condition. Doctors said she may have brain damage.

Johnson is being held in a jail on a $12,500 bail.
