Authorities say a man is dead after being shot at home in Alpharetta on Thursday night.

According to Alpharetta police, units responded to a 911 call at a home on Serenity Court. When they arrived, they found 52-year-old Brian Pugh had been shot multiple times. He was transported to North Fulton Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say they identified Pugh's ex-wife, 48-year-old Jennifer Pugh, as the shooter. Police arrested her, and she faces a charge of felony murder.
