2 Men Arthur Alexander and Evan Hardy Charged With Faking Emissions OKs
ATLANTA -- Two men have been indicted on charges they helped issue fraudulent emissions certificates for vehicles.
Authorities say Arthur Alexander and Evan Hardy were indicted Friday on charges of false statements and writings. Authorities say the two were involved in a scheme to issue certificates to vehicles that could not pass the state's emissions tests.
The men are from Fulton County. It was not immediately clear whether they had attoeys.
