Wisconsin man Tyree S. Carter accused of public masturbation banned from every library on Earth
A 20-year-old man has been banned from every library on the planet after he was allegedly caught masturbating at the public library in Racine, Wis. According to a local newspaper, Tyree S. Carter was "standing in the open, not trying to conceal the act."
Carter was reportedly reading a book when cops arrived; officers say he apologized and said it was his "first time doing it in public." His bond was set at $1,000 on the condition that he "stay out of all the libraries on the face of the [Earth.]" Which, while probably not enforceable, sounds pretty reasonable and good for everyone else on the face of the Earth.
