Usher sex tape made with ex wife Tameka 'being sold illegally'

A sex tape reportedly featuring Usher and his ex wife Tameka Foster is being illegally sold, it has been claimed.

The R&B singer had several electrical items stolen from his car back in 2009, including two laptops and two video cameras, and according to TMZ - the sex tape was on one of the laptops.

It was first reported back in 2010 that the home video was on the market, but it was never sold after it became clear it was stolen.

But now the site reports the tape is now being sold via online blogs, as adult film companies are refusing to buy it.

They have since split up

The couple married in August 2007 after the singer started a relationship with Tameka, then his stylist, in 2006.

He filed for divorce in June 2009, citing irreconcilable differences, and claimed at the time they had been living apart for a year - around the time the possession were stolen.

They have two children together.
