Topless Iranian communists protest hijabs in Stockholm
In Stockholm on Sunday, Iranian female activists took off their tops in protest of the hijab headscarf Islamic women must wear. Members of the Iranian Communist Party and the Organization Against Violence on Women in Iran painted their bodies with slogans like, \"My nudity is my protest\" and \"No to hijab,\" following the patte set by the Ukrainian activist group FEMEN.
FEMEN has become famous for protesting sex tourism, inteational marriage agencies and other feminist causes with topless protests.
