This kids' brain teaser is leaving people baffled because nobody can agree on the answer
This children's puzzle is confusing a lot of people... but can you correctly solve it?

A SIMPLE children's puzzle asking people to add emoji fruit together is perplexing everyone - because no-one can agree on the correct answer.

This brain teaser, designed for kids, asks you to add up a series of different fruit but it's causing a stir as people are coming up with different answers.

The first line of the maths puzzle tells challengers that 1 apple + 1 apple + 1 apple = 30

f

The second line says 1 apple + 1 bunch of bananas + 1 bunch of bananas = 18

f

Next it says 1 bunch of bananas - 2 halves of a coconut = 2

f

So what does 1 half of a coconut + 1 apple + 1 bunch of bananas = ??

f

Here's what we worked out:

1 apple = 10 because 10 + 10 + 10 = 30

1 bunch of bananas = 4 because 10 + 4 + 4 = 18

Half a coconut = 1 because 4 - 2 = 2

So the answer is 15... right?

1 + 10 + 4 = 15

But some people seem to think otherwise:

Maybe we should take a closer look at the fruit:

Are there the same amount of bananas in the second bunch?

And is what about the halves of the coconuts? Are they 1 or 2?
