Dive in: The Indian skyscrapers would feature swimming pools instead of balconies

Take a close look at this image -- and just see if you don't feel slightly sick to your stomach.

It's a rendering of a proposed residential tower in Mumbai, India, which would trade balconies for glass-walled swimming pools.

Aquaria Grande, as it's being called, is 37 stories and was designed by Hong Kong architect James Law.

Somewhat less spectacularly, it would also offer a gym, a sauna, and a three-level parking lot.

Though the design is striking, not everyone's a fan. Gizmodo calls it "a deadly accident waiting to happen."

Would you want to live there?
