Suwanee woman confronts sexual assailant Syed Ali
A woman says she had to fight off an Army National Guard member who tried to sexually assault her in her own driveway.
The woman, who only wanted to be identified as Mrs. Cho, put her kids on a school bus Wednesday moing when she says 23-year-old Syed Ali rang her doorbell.
He said he lived in her Suwanee neighborhood and lost his dog.
Cho says she was looking under her car when Ali approached her from behind.
”He put his hands down my pants, so I screamed and started yelling and he said, 'Well, you bent down.' And I’m like, ‘Well, is that an invitation to come and touch me?
Cho says he started walking to his car, but she went after him, ripping off a temporary license to reveal his real license plate undeeath.

”He had his license plate and on top of it he had pretty much taped the license plate. So, once I ripped it off, I was able to memorize it, she said.
Cho called police who found out the private first class wasn't from her neighborhood, but lived several miles away with his family in Lawrenceville.
Cho says now that Ali has been arrested, she can sleep at night.
She didn’t want to show her face she feels like Ali may have been stalking her.
She plans to press charges and face him in court. Ali is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail.
