Dunwoody police say they have arrested 20-year old Kareem Habbal as a peeping Tom. Police report shows Habbal has been arrested as a peeping Tom before. They say the man man who was looking under dressing room stalls last year is back at it again.
Habbal was arrested after police say he spied on women in Forever 21 in Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody.
”He is only 20 years old and further investigation shows that he has two prior arrests, one at Alpharetta and one at Roswell, Dunwoody police Sgt. Mike Calson said.
Store owners saw him behaving oddly, this time in Forever 21, and kept an eye on him.
”He would grab a jacket off the rack, go in like he was trying on something and that this time he went ahead and dropped the hanger, she was waiting, noticed him getting on his hands and knees and she notified mall security immediately, Carlson said.
Then the chase was on.
Police caught up with him, after he knocked down several clothing racks, and arrested him for a third time.
”Being this young and having three allegations against you for a peeping tom, obviously he's a habitual offender, Carlos said ”Always look around, make sure that when you go in there you're not being followed.
