SOLANGE Knowles appears to have suffered a bride’s worst nightmare, breaking out in hives on her wedding day.

Pictured leaving the wedding in a car with her sister, Beyonce, and brother-in-law, Jay Z, Solange can be seen with lumps all over her face and neck.

But like any good sister Beyonce can be seen trying to shield her sister from the cameras.

And while it’s not clear what caused the lumps there are certainly worse things that a bride could suffer from on her big day.

The outbreak, which seems to have appeared at the end of the celebrations, also didn’t stop Knowles from enjoying her special day.

Knowles, 28, wed her video director boyfriend Alan Ferguson, 51, in a quirky New Orleans ceremony, where the pair rocked up on matching white bicycles.

Proving she’s never afraid of doing things her own way, the younger Knowles sister walked down the aisle for the second time at the weekend.

The ivory-themed nuptials were a family affair with big sister Beyonce, her husband Jay Z, attending along with mother Tina 10-year-old son Daniel Julez.

The stunning wedding party joined the bride in wearing white, with Solange in a unique low-front, low-back one-piece pants suit designed by Stephane Rolland in front of her 200 guests.

Solange told Vogue: “Everything was a labor of love”.

An “onlooker” told People that the two were “Beaming. Calm. They looked pretty calm, relaxed on their wedding day. Definitely happy.”

She told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year: “Luckily, I dated all of the losers ages ago. My love life has been stable for a while. It’s a f — cked up thing … without conflict it’s a lot harder to write interesting songs.”

The only downside it seems to rocking up to your wedding on bikes is that you’re not immune to the odd puncture, with Ferguson picking up a flat tire on the home stretch of their jouey.
