Actor Shia LaBeouf filmed himself high on acid as he prepared to play a drug addict in the new film "The Necessary Death Of Charlie Countryman," and sent tapes of his antics to his co-star Evan Rachel Wood.

The "Transformers" star previously confessed to going to extremes for the role in an effort to understand his troubled character, and he reveals he kept film footage of his drug trips so he could review his behavior with pals when he was sober.
