A Russian woman died after falling into an industrial mixer stirring boiling chocolate, a report said.

\"She was minced,\" a local source said, the Metro (UK) reported. \"Only her legs were left.\"

Accounts differ on how Svetlana Roslina, 24, came to be in the vat.

One witness said she was pulled into the tank while trying to retrieve her cell phone, and another witness said her death came about while she was pouring in ingredients.

The factory where Roslina died was in Fedortsovo, near Moscow.

Her survivors include her husband and two young children.
