THE truck hit with such force one of the passengers went flying out the side.

A Russian motorist has been labelled the nation's \"drunkest driver\" after he spectacularly collided his truck straight into a stationary semi-trailer.

A local police officer captured footage of the incident from a camera mounted on his dashboard.

The semi had been stopped at a red light for fifteen seconds before the incident.

The drunk driver had already copped a fierce beeping from police after some shaky driving earlier.

Russia has one of the world's highest rates of drunken motor accidents, with 2103 people killed by inebriated drivers on the nation's roads in 2011 alone.

The nation was horrified in September last year when drunk driver Alexander Maximov killed five disabled teenagers and two teachers after ploughing into a Moscow bus stop.
