Robber dives thru drive-thru window at Burger King
Don't mess with the King -- or its employees. In today's installment of "stupid criminals taking on food establishments," we have 31-year-old Edwin Walker jumping on the hood of a car at a Fort Lauderdale Burger King and diving through the drive-thru window (yes, there's video) in an attempt to "pillage" the register. The female cashier-tued-vigilante tued the tables on the suspect, grabbing him by the shirt until other employees could wrestle him to the ground.
People are calling the cashier "heroic," though one commenter on an NBC Miami article says, "Nothing like risking your life for a company that pays you $6.50 per hour." Technically, minimum wage in Florida is $7.67 ... but we digress.
