Ralph Lewis Wald, 70, shoots dead ex-boyfriend of 41-year-old wife after he stumbles on them having sex in his living room
A 70-year-old Florida man has been arrested after he allegedly shot dead his wife's ex-boyfriend after he stumbled on the two of them having sex in the living room when he got out of bed for a glass of water.
Ralph Lewis Wald, a retired attoey, called 911 and said he had killed Walter Lee Conley, 32, after he caught him 'foicating' with his 41-year-old wife Johnna Flores, according to police.
Ms Flores lived with Conley, before she married Wald five months ago. She is Wald's fifth wife.

Wald said he got out of bed about midnight Monday to get a drink when he found Ms Flores and Conley together in his home in Brandon, Florida.
According to Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies, Wald went back to his room and retued with a handgun.
