Police: Gwinnett Mother Ashly Brown drove under influence with child in car

Gwinnett police have charged a woman with driving under the influence with her 4-year old daughter in the car.

Police say 23-year old Ashly Lashay Brown was driving erratically early Sunday moing on Cruse Road.

An officer arrested Brown and took her daughter to her grandmother's home. She's facing numerous charges including DUI and child endangerment.

This is the second time authorities have arrested the mother this month for DUI.
