Police: Damien Lee Yerger Tried to Entice Kids Into Vehicle

Peachtree City Police arrested Damien Lee Yerger for trying to entice children into his vehicle. Court records show that 24 year old Yerger asked young students at school bus stops if they wanted a ride in his car. He allegedly told several victims they ”looked pretty.

Witness accounts and increased patrols led officials to Yerger at his residence.

Yerger will be charged with two felony counts of enticing a child for indecent purposes and three misdemeanor charges of loitering/prowling, according to police.
