Man arrested for breaking into police headquarters

Officers in Georgia have charged a man with breaking in to police headquarters. Police say they have arrested the man, identified as 32-year-old Samuel Espejel-Sanchez on charges including interfering with govement property.

Officials say that Espejel-Sanchez broke into the Gainesville Police Department on Sunday moing by climbing a fence. Officers present at the building say they heard ”glass shattering and noises from a secured area. Officials said the suspect caused hundreds of dollars in damage to the building.

Police say that he appeared to be hallucinating at the time and claimed that people were after him. He was taken into custody at the Hall County Jail and it is unclear if he has an attoey
