North Carolina Man Paul Adam Suits Killed After Flipping Car Twice In 2 Crashes
HIGH POINT, N.C. -- A 37-year-old man was killed after flipping his vehicle twice in two crashes in High Point late Saturday night.
Police said Paul Adam Suits hit several mailboxes before flipping his vehicle onto its roof and back onto its wheels in the 5900 block of Old Plank Road at about 10:36 p.m.
Investigators said Suits sped away from the crash scene before losing control of the vehicle on the left side of Old Plank Road, striking another mailbox and overtuing again down an embankment.
Suits was ejected from the vehicle and pinned undeeath it, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol and speed appeared to have been contributing factors in the crash, police said.
