Nanny fired by Usher sues him for ‘six-figure sum’
Fighting the nanny ... Usher is being sued by former childminder for his sons

USHER is being sued by his former nanny – who claims he fired her unfairly and failed to pay her wages.

Cecilia Duncan claims she was hired part-time in December 2010 but often worked more than her 40 hours per week to care for the singer’s sons Usher, five, and four-year-old Naviyd.

The nanny believes she was overworked without being paid overtime.

When she expressed her conces to singer-songwriter Usher in 2011, she claims he ignored her for more than a year.

He then finally fired her in September 2012 without paying her the overtime money she believes she is owed.

Cecilia is claiming for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages and wants a six-figure sum as compensation.

Usher previously landed in court over his boys as he fought a bitter custody battle with ex Tameka Foster.

Tameka was trying to prevent him from getting sole custody of their young sons but a judge ruled in his favor.
