The footage includes an off-air stoush between the pair over the cleric's insistence that Ms Said wear her hijab during the broadcast - despite having no problem with her bare head when he didn't think the cameras were rolling.

The argument carries over into the live interview, during which Ms Said accuses Badri of religious double standards and corruption.

It culminates in the host ripping off her hijab, declaring,\" I'm not going to put it on. I'll wear it for God but not for you\".

The program was broadcast earlier this month but has started to gain inteational attention this week thanks to thousands of social media shares.
