Actress Misty Upham, best known for her roles in August Osage County and Django Unchained, has been found dead a week after she was reported missing by her family.

The body of the 32-year-old was discovered by police in a ravine near the White River, south of Seattle, on Thursday.

Authorities also found items belonging to the actress, including a purse with identification, nearby.

The cause of her death was not immediately known although local authorities said there was currently no cause ‘to believe there is foul play’.

Upham had been reported missing by her family on October 6, shortly after they expressed conces that the actress – who is thought to have suffered from bipolar disorder – was suicidal.

Her father, Charles Upham, had told a local radio station that his daughter had stopped taking her medication and was behaving erratically.
