GLOBAL attention-seeking phenomenon Miley Cyrus crashed a New York fashion week party topless, twerking with fans and getting intimate with designer Alexander Wang.

Cyrus tued heads at the top designer’s after-party at a Brooklyn warehouse when she tued up topless except for nipple tassels.

She was photographed going into the event with friends, smoking and wearing a pair of multicoloured shades made from pills.

The Wrecking Ball star posed for Twitter pics with fans and was snapped dancing, straddling a girl on the floor and locking tongues with Wang, who hired DJ Messkid for the party in Bushwick.
