Miley Cyrus has laughed off rumours she is pregnant with rapper Juicy J’s baby – after starting the rumours herself at the weekend.

The 20-year-old was linked to the musician – who has worked with Katy Perry on upcoming album Prism – after her split form Liam Hemsworth earlier this year.

And after jokingly telling audience members she is pregnant whilst on stage at the 2013 Annual BET Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta on Saturday, she now appears to be denying the gossip.

Miley wrote on Twitter: ‘Waking up to the news that I’m now pregnant with @therealjuicyj baby (sic).’

She then joked she would be calling the unbo tot ‘Juicy J Jr’.

The rumour started when Juicy J said on stage at the awards: ‘I assure you she’s been doing a lot more than twerking!’, to which the former Disney star jokingly replied: ‘No, I’m really pregnant!’

Miley’s latest spot of tabloid fodder comes after Ed Sheeran chastised her for teaching young girls how to act like a stripper.

‘I think she’s got an amazing voice,’ he told the Mirror. ‘I just think she’s packaged the wrong way.

‘When I first heard Wrecking Ball, I thought it was a brilliant song, but the video distracts too much from it.’

But then he admitted he disagrees with Miley’s antics, adding: ‘I think encouraging young people to twerk might be a bad thing.

‘It’s a stripper’s move. If I had a daughter of nine, I wouldn’t want her twerking.’
