Miley Cyrus grabs hold of a stripper's bare bottom in new photo from her wild 20th birthday celebrations

She largely kept her birthday celebrations under wraps when she tued 20 last month.

But it seems Miley Cyrus lived up to her wild child reputation.

In a new photo from the actress and singer's birthday party at a Hollywood house, the star can be seen getting very friendly with a stripper.

As she snarls for the camera, Miley can be seen grabbing hold of the stripper's bottom.

The stripper is wearing just a silver bra, pink thong and black stiletto ankle boots.

Meanwhile Miley sports a black crop top and matching wide-leg trousers with white spots as she gets a hug from the exotic dancer.

The Hannah Montana star's friends reportedly ordered a few strippers for the bash, and the birthday girl received a lap dance, according to TMZ.

According to Miley it was just what she wanted, as in reference to 2 Chainz's Birthday Song she had professed on her Twitter page that she was hoping for 'at least one big booty h**'.

The moing after the night before, Miley merrily tweeted: 'Great night last night. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with me. & yes I did get a big booty h** 4 my birfday.'

Miley also shared a photo of herself clad in a little black dress while perched on a cushion between balloons in the shape of a '20,' having just kicked off her heels.

But perhaps the star was merely keeping up tradition, as for her 19th party she infamously hosted a party attended by Demi Moore where guests tucked into a penis-shaped cake.

Miley is currently in Philadelphia, where her fiance Liam Hemsworth is currently shooting his latest movie Paranoia, alongside Amber Heard.

On Tuesday the blonde was seen taking her dog Floyd for a walk in the park.

She made sure she was wrapped up against the cold weather with a thick black knitted scarf around her head and a cosy khaki parka jacket.

The previous evening Miley and Liam looked delighted to be reunited as they enjoyed an evening out together.

On Sunday Miley tued rock chick and performed at VH1 Divas in Los Angeles in a studded ensemble, before jetting out to see her other half the following day.
