MILA Kunis shows she is the sexiest woman alive — posing with her bare back on a magazine cover.

The actress, 29, appeared on the front of US Esquire wearing nothing but a pair of faux leather trousers.

And it seems the magazine agrees with disceing Sun readers, who voted Mila the World's Hottest Woman in our poll earlier this year, as it crowned her the planet’s sexiest lass by the magazine.

And she seemed to agree with the accolade, saying: “If I wanted to charm the pants off you, I could.”

Mila, who is dating Two And A Half Men star Ashton Kutcher and was seen kissing him in New York's Central Park, also bared her soul about staying true to herself.

She revealed: “What I do and who I am are two different things. And they always will be.
