A man bo with giant feet has finally found a pair of shoes that fit - aged 27.

Xu Anyou from Fuzhou, in easte China, suffers from elephantiasis, a disease which can cause certain areas of the body to swell.

Until now, he has had to be content with walking barefoot in the summer, and using a pair of shoes made by his brother in winter.

But now a local manufacturer has stepped in to help Xu out and gave him three pairs of specially-designed shoes.

The fancy new footwear measures a whopping 28.5cm long and 22.5cm wide.

The kind-hearted designer even promised to replace them if they wear through.

Elephantiasis is usually caused by parasitic worms transmitted by mosquitoes and is common in tropical regions, especially Africa.
