Man is fined $2,100 after he dresses up as his girlfriend to sit her exams
A man has been fined $2,100 after he dressed up in his girlfriend"s clothes to sit her exams for her – but other female students say his stunt was ‘very romantic".
Ayan Zhademov, 20, was busted when invigilators heard his deep voice and realised he was a man.
Zhademov, of Kazakhstan, hatched the plan after his girlfriend was too nervous to sit her exam.
A spokesman for the exam board said, ‘He tried speaking in a high voice but it was obvious then that he was a male."
Fellow student Dariga Nesterova said: ‘It was stupid but very romantic.
‘Sometimes love leads us to do silly things, I wish my boyfriend was this romantic."
A local businessman stepped in to pay half of his fine after the story broke in Zhetisai in south Kazakhstan.
