Lorde says she's gotten 'amazing furniture, shoes, hats' from going through others' rubbish
Here's another reason why Lorde is so cool/so weird (depending on how you feel about her).
The 18-year-old New Zealand singer-songwriter told The Telegraph recently that she likes to "trawl" through other people's trash.
"I'm boring because my favourite thing to do is trawl the inorganics. Do you have inorganics here?
"It stays on the street for a few days and then it's collected and put into a landfill somewhere. But people drive around and go through other people's household rubbish. And, honestly, I've gotten amazing fuiture, shoes, hats, jackets," she said.
Uh, don't people recognise her? Of course they do!
She said: "I did this three weeks ago! Recognised every single time. So embarrassing!"
