Lindsay Lohan gets another half sister...as Michael is revealed to be the father of a 17-year-old following a DNA test

Her family has had their fair share of dramas, although it's normally Lindsay Lohan who makes the most headlines.

But now Michael Lohan has eclipsed his daughter after taking a televised pateity test to find out if he has another daughter.

And the results reveal 17-year-old Ashley Ho is Michael's illegitimate lovechild bo from an affair back in 1995.

The troubled father, who was married to Dina Lohan at the time, agreed to take part in a DNA test on an episode of Trisha Goddard, the UK chat show host who now has a hit series in the States.

During the episode, which airs on NBC on Thursday evening, Michael meets his teenage daughter for the first time.

Ashley's mother, Kristi Ho, bursts into tears when she finds out the truth she has fought to know for many years.

According to reports, Kristi has claimed Michael was the father for years and has even asked him to pay child support on a number of occasions, which he has refused to do.

Michael reacts rather differently to the girl's mother, and gets up to hug Lindsay's new half sister.

As he moves towards her, Ashley shouts: 'No!No!No!' causing Michael to beg in a cringe-worthy manner 'I just want to hug you.'

Ahead of finding out the results, Ashely told the show: Ashley told the show: 'I don't want to be part of the Lohan train-wreck.'

She also attacked Michael for refusing to acknowledge her in the past.

She said: 'What gives you the right to tell me that the kids have a right to disown me. What made you say that to me? How can you keep lying?'

The latest twist in the Lohan family means that Ashley was conceived some time in between two of Lindsay's siblings Ali and Cody, who were bo in 1993 and 1996 respectively.

As well as Lindsay who is 26 and Michael Jr ,25, Michael is expecting a baby with his 29-year-old girlfriend Kate Major.

Michael and Linday Lohan finalised their divorce back in 2007. 

Lindsay reportedly cut Michael out of her own life after he tried to stage an intervention to get her to retu to rehab last month.

The troubled starlet was said to have been pursuing a restraining order to stop her father from constantly interfering in her life but so far no legal documents have been filed.
