LAST week Rihanna made headlines when she stepped out in a cardigan sans bra, but this week, Lady Gaga has raised eyebrows for quite the opposite.
The songstress donned just a black lacy bra and skirt in the streets of New York yesterday - no, not a crop top, not a midriff - just a bra.
While it was hot in the city - hitting 90 degrees fahrenheit - was it really that hot that you couldn't put on a shirt Gaga?
Perhaps the starlet decided the underwear-as-outerwear look was a good opportunity to show off her new slim figure after months of reports about her weight gain.
Or she and her sky-high boots were simply enjoying the skimpy strut after being confined to a wheelchair due to recent hip surgery.
