Kevin Hart was arrested on Sunday moing after being suspected of driving under the influence.

The 32-year-old was allegedly was caught speeding on a Los Angeles freeway where he nearly missed colliding into a gas tank truck.

The Scary Movie star was spotted by officers with the Califoia Highway Patrol at approximately 4:30am as he drove a black Mercedes down the 101 Freeway.

When the CHP pulled him over, Kevin displayed 'objective signs of intoxication' and was 'unable to perform field sobriety tests,' TMZ is reporting.
