Kate Upton fan asks her for prom date — in funny YouTube film

A KATE Upton admirer has tried his luck with the curvy model - by making a YouTube video asking her out.

Joker Jake Davidson asks the blonde beauty to accompany him to his high school prom, because he can't get a girlfriend.

The video, which lasts almost two minutes, Jake is seen laying on a poolside sun-lounger reading a copy of Sports Illustrated, with Kate on the cover.

Looking at the camera he says: "Hey Kate, Jake Davidson here in sunny Los Angeles, inviting you to my senior prom on May 23rd, 2013."

He then comes up with a list of reasons why she should join him.

He says: "You're the ying to my yang, I'm Jewish, 5'9 on a really good day - and I can't dance at all.

"You're Christian, 5'10, and that Cat Daddy video should have won an Oscar for best short film - you could say this is destiny."

It shows Jake shaving with a woman's razor, doing push ups and then showering, as he tries to impress the busty model.

He continues to list reasons for Kate to join him.

He says: "I'm going to be real with you here, I don't have a girlfriend and with prom season rolling around this would be problematic for some, but I'm me, I'm Optimus Prime, I see the glass half full.

"Kate, great moments are bo from great opportunity, and that's what you have here today a chance to make a nice guy's senior year, the best ever.

"We can ride around all night long - until 11, that's my curfew."

He then gets down on one knee holding a bunch of roses and says "Kate, will you go to prom with me?"

The YouTube film has gone viral online and racked up over 20,000 hits.
