AS long as diva KANYE WEST is around, JUSTIN BIEBER can rest assured that he’s not yet got the biggest ego in music.

He is smarting after finishing a lowly seventh in a list of the best rappers on the planet.

The disgruntled star called radio station Hot 97 and had an on-air moan about the MTV list, saying his dodgy clobber and his girlfriend had cost him.

Kanye complained: “Number seven bothers me.

“They don’t like Givenchy Kanye, they don’t like Kanye in a kilt, they don’t like Kanye in a relationship.”

Just before hanging up in disgust, he ended his rant with: “For them to put me at number seven they had to bring up things they didn’t like.

“They didn’t like the Cruel Summer album. They want to diss me.”

Kanye, who last week compared himself to PICASSO and STEVE JOBS, finished behind his protege BIG SEAN and DRAKE on the MTV countdown, with the Top Five 5 still to be announced.
