Justin Bieber has lashed out at a photographer in a foul-mouthed rant just hours after leaving hospital.
With the 19-year-old pop superstar currently in the midst of a world tour that isn't scheduled to finish until August, it begs the question as to whether the pressures of life in the spotlight are finally getting too much for the teenage singer.
The altercation kicked off as the 19-year-old star and his entourage moved a group of photographers out of the way as they left his central London hotel on Friday afteoon.
