Jennifer Lopez insists her youthful looks are au naturel after blasting a British-based plastic surgeon for claiming she’d gone under the knife.

The I’m Real singer was left fuming after Dr Ayham Al-Ayoubi used ‘before and after’ pictures suggesting she had been giving a helping hand in her fight against the ravages of time.

Dr Ayoubi, who is medical director of the London Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, tweeted: ‘These before and after pics of @Jlo show many signs of #plasticsurgery – naturally pretty but now looks amazing.’

But Jenny From The Block pounced on him, tweeting: ‘@DrAyoubi Sorry Sir, but I have never had plastic surgery of any kind. #fact.’

Her fans were quick to rally around the 44-year-old mum of two by refuting the Harley Street surgeon’s claims.

One fan tweeted. ‘Jen is a natural beauty and always will be.’

Another wrote. ‘I guess a doctor can’t tell the difference between surgery and make up.’
