JAMES Franco would like everyone know that he did not - we repeat, did not - have sex with Lindsay Lohan.

Rumours started doing the rounds after a so-called list of Lohan’s 36 famous lovers surfaced at the Beverly Hills Hotel in January.

Franco, who previously stated he had not slept with Lohan, made the message loud and clear on Howard Ste’s radio show.

“I will swear on anything you ask that I have never had sex with Lindsay Lohan,” Franco said, adding, “I bet if you brought her in here and you asked her, ‘Did you have sex with James?’ she would say ‘yes’. I think she’s that…”

“Delusional?” queried Ste.

“Or doesn’t remember,” said Franco. “Alright maybe we kissed. It was lame. I can’t believe she put me on that private list. She’s so delusional.”

At the time of their kiss Franco said he “was in awe” of Lohan’s celebrity status, but he later felt bad about it, given “she was young”.

Franco also spoke about the time the two were living in the same hotel and he awoke at 3am to find Lohan standing over his bed.

Not that anything happened, Franco assured the radio host.

“It sounds so nerdy but I read her a story,” he said. “I will swear on my mother’s life that I never had sex with her.”
