Iconic PlayStation mascot set to make a comeback

Crash Bandicoot is set to make a re-appearance as his original adventures are remade for PlayStation 4 while Crash himself is going to appear in Skylanders.

A lot of new and exciting titles were revealed by Sony at its E3 press conference, but the most resounding applause came out for an old classic. Sony announced that Crash Bandicoot 1, 2 and 3 will be remade and remastered for the new system.

That wasn't the only news from the Bandicoot as it was revealed that he will be featured as a new character in the next installment of the popular Skylanders franchise. Now, with the addition of the original PlayStation mascot, older players could find themselves sucked into the franchise as well.
