Husband caught teacher wife Amie Neely, 38, having sex with exchange student, 16, after tracking her via GPS phone app

A teacher, 38, was caught having sex with a 16-year-old exchange student by her husband when he tracked her down using the GPS app on her cellphone.

Amie Neely, from Florida, teaches at Community Christian Academy in Port St Lucie. She has been charged with sexual assault.

It is not known whether or not she taught the boy but he was staying at her home at the time. Another exchange student is also staying with the couple, according to police.

According to the arrest affidavit, Matthew Neely tracked down his wife on Saturday using a smart phone app that tracked her phone via GPS.

She was found just a couple of blocks away from their home in a parking lot near a school having sex with the student.

According to WPBF.com, Amie Neely told police the boy had been pressuring her for sex and because of her own 'midlife crisis issues' she gave in. 

The student told police they had been having an affair for months, a claim Neely denied. He also said they had sex inside the teacher's home.

Neely was released on $15,000 bail.
