A German newspaper has claimed Heidi Klum is pregnant for a fifth time.

Bild am Sonntag claims Klum and her bodyguard boyfriend Martin Kristen are expecting their first child together – Klum’s fifth.

News that the 40-year-old model and TV presenter is expecting with her 41-year-old lover has been leaked by her personal trainer, David Kirsch, the paper claims.

‘She is still training, although not as intensively as before,’ the trainer, who has been responsible for Klum’s impressive physique, said after letting slip.

The Project Runway star has been dating her bodyguard since September 2012

She was previously married to 50-year-old singer Seal with whom she has three children, sons Henry, 8 and Johan, 7, and 4-year-old daughter Lou.

Klum also has another daughter – 9-year-old Leni, from previous relationship to Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

A spokesperson for Klum has so far remained silent on the reports.
