Authorities have upgraded charges against a 23-year-old man in a crash that killed a Grayson High School student in July.

Mutajah Paasewe now faces vehicular homicide, reckless driving, speeding, DUI, and other charges in the death of 16-year-old Brittany "Angel" Sailors.

Police say Paasewe was intoxicated and was driving nearly 20 miles an hour over the posted speed limit in a residential area when his car collided with Sailors' car.

Back in December of 1996, FOX 5 shared Angel's story of survival. She was bo three months premature weighing just one pound, nine ounces at Northside Hospital.
