Gwinenett County man Bryon Winborne shoots, kills step-daughter over taxes
Police say a 43-year-old man killed his step-daughter after the two got into a fight over taxes.
Bryon Winboe of Gwinnett County, Georgia, was arrested on March 24, after fatally shooting his 26-year-old step-daughter Kysha Johnson at the family home.
At a court hearing on Tuesday, homicide detective Shannon Kulnis testified that Winboe shot Johnson after he accused his step-daughter of delaying his tax retu.

Paramedics rushed Kysha to the hospital but she did not survive the gunshot wound.
The young woman's mother, two teen brothers and two younger children were in the house at the time of the shooting.
No one else was injured.
After the shooting, Winboe fled the scene on foot, hiding out in the woods behind the home.
Police used K-9 dogs to track Winboe down to an adjacent neighborhood where they arrested him without incident.
Winboe is currently being held at Gwinnett County Detention Center on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.
At his first court appearance last month, a judge ordered him held without bail.
Gwinnett Police Cpl Deon Washington called the shooting 'horrific'.
'I can't say enough how horrible this situation is that a family has been ruined, and we're now faced with investigating a homicide,' he said.
Washington added: 'You have a stepdad shooting a stepdaughter in front of other children and in front of the actual mother. That's a horrific situation for any family to be faced with, dealing with.'
