CAN'T FaceTime? You're not alone.

Scores of people running iOS 6 have been experiencing issues with FaceTime on their iPhones and iPads dating back to April this year. If you are one of the frustrated few, here's your solution.

The issue affects those running iOS 6 and stops users from being able to place or receive FaceTime calls. It's caused by an expired device certificate on devices running iOS or earlier and can be fixed by upgrading to the latest version of iOS.

Just jump into Settings > Software Update and you're set.

It's worth mentioning though, that if you're running an older device some apps may not work once you upgrade and your device might feel a bit sluggish.

But if you really want FaceTime back so you can chat face to face with your family and friends then you might just have to bite the bullet.

If you have updated to iOS 7 and are still experiencing issues, then your best bet is to check out Apple's support page.
