Egypt’s famous Luxor tourist site hit by suicide bomber

A suicide bomber has blown himself up at one of Egypt"s most famous tourists spots.

Officials say there is no immediate word on casualties from the late moing attack.

The bomber attacked the ancient temple of Kaak in Luxor, a southe city frequented by millions of foreign and Egyptian tourists every year.

They say police have foiled two other suicide attacks also targeting the Nile-side temple, one of the country"s main tourist attractions, rivalling the pyramids at Giza.
